og - outing. and a very long morning.
i woke up early today.
really early, seeing that it was a school holiday. . made the loonnngg trip to woodlands to meet liwen. yes. to take the wickedly fast and suffocatingly crowded 966 from woodlands interchange. juz to try it out. hahs. like as if i was really free or something. well . stood throughout the journey till the 'infineon' stop? hahas. and to sch we went on a frozen 55.
studied. yes i studied a little bit of bio and did some math(remedial work . lucky me. someone convince me that it was right to volunteer for the rememdial. please.)
before distractions came along. in the form of a carrom board. =). hahas. well it was in orientation where i read there carrom was something like a vj culture. hahas. but din really get any hands on or see anyone playing it until today. played three rounds. got owned three times. not a very good record eh. abit like playing hei bai pei. where i always. yes ALWAYS tend to follow the finger pointing me. its like a natural reaction. juz goes to show how susceptible i am to ambushes. hahas. hmm. instinct isn't always good to follow i guess. but it does well most of the time. especially when u can't really think straight. hahas. hm. few groups were back in school to discuss their pw. forlorn . the state in which my pw is in. so much for me saying it and not doing anything about it. guess i'm just a contributing factor to a failure. hahas. for somethings i dun mind taking the lead to be...spontaneous. yea. but for others. hahas. like pw in this case. i kinda fall out of the entire race altogether. its like quite hypocritical. saying all the lousy things. blaming ur group for everything. yeah and u(me i mean) are still not doing anything to salvage the situation. or even help it not look so bad. hahas. i'm clueless about my project. juz goes to show how little effort i've put into this . odac's my first priority unfortunately. pw ranks among the not so important ones. =/.
hm yeah. left at ard the time where fanfan arrived. for my og outing!
hahas. messages aplenty before i arrived at somerset. the highly anticipated og outing. =). we celebrated zhini's b'day with the sakae travelling belt! hahas. the b'day cake and prezzie went down it. hahas. the whole of sakae was lookin at us. made quite a commotion i guess. hahas. but sang happy b'day song. O2 rendition in sakae =) hahas. we rocks ! happy b-early b'day zhini.
well. sakae buffet is really filling. learnt about how to feed urself and make it worth the money at the buffet some unorthodox ways. ahhas.

step 1.
yeah u noe that carbohydrate. the RICE is what fills u up at the restaurant.
so the obvious route to take is. well. hmmm . TAKE THE RICE OUT!
step 2.
well look as if ur doing nothing abnormal(its a normal course of action to maximize money. come to think of it). and when the waiters are far away in the distance. grab ur chance.
step 3.
stealthily sweep the rice onto one of those nicely coloured plates. and press them down. ermm. compact them onto the plate...like a glue of some sort.
step4.
follow up swiftly with another colour plate. yeah. ontop of the sticky rice. and voila! u've got a nice and stuck together coloured plate souvenir and the rice gets hidden too.

well this is an environmentally unfriendly and excessively selfish method of maximizing ur money. so use it at ur own discretion. (which james employed to great efficiency)

WASABI DELIGHT
hahas. and well. if u ppl EVER do go and eat sakae buffet. well. u noe the fish roe sushi? the one with lotsa red miniscule specs on the top?. well. theres a deviant version. its the GREEN one. yeah THE REALLY COOL GREEN SPECS that wingsum said was food dye. which i unfortunately choose to believe wrongly. wonderful. turns out that james was right. and yeah. it was a wasabi SURPRISE. ouch. hahas. nice feeling. totally murdered my appetite.

SQUIDDY sushi. hmm. its quite nice aside from the fact that its nicely tasting squid ontop of the sweet rice. its also the SPICIESTEST sushi around. take it at ur own risk. (wingsum = fire eater. hahas. she ate it and said it was nothing much. lol dun mess with her man)

one plate full of peas. hahas. yeah. and they squirt some weird juice out at times. got hit by a jet or two hahas.

hahas. okie thats about it for the interesting ones. hmm.s well og outing was quite ok this time. though lotsa ppl missed it due to other stuffs. well. theres always nxt time i guess =). and having scheduled nothing for after lunch/ dinner. well we sorta walked home after a long while. hahas. time wasting in orchard where we did nth much but walk around. it was the hm. conservative type of fun today. not the all out type we used to have. hahas. but guess i'll have to settle with it. still had fun anyways. =).
