there there.
olc has come and gone.
the last major project of ours as instructors of vjcodac.
last.
funny how quickly time flies huh. i'm sure that for most of us. we felt kinda. like WOAH. i just went through this nonsense last year. haha. the similarities are definitely there. yup. haha. i wonder how the trainees felt. i hope they enjoyed it anyhow. even though i felt it was tough to some extent. for them at least. it wasn't that bad to us instructors. i guess thats where we see the word EXPERIENCE come in. haha. we're just abit more experienced then them. yup. so we found the trek up berkelah extremely short. shockingly short in fact. haha. the trek from base camp to the 'peak'. was like one of our treks in between breaks on korbu. haha. it was really short. still for the first timers in the trainees. at least most of them. it was a new experience.

well. its quite cool huh. being able to create opportunities for people to learn experience and try new stuffs. random thought. yeah.

overall my group did sufficiently well . at least they met my standards for the second part of the camp .yeah. haha. no matter how they did. they still achieved something in my eyes. yup. proud of blizzard. u guys did well. at least u guys finished the camp with a bang. better late then never huh. in this case its definitely true. =)
yup.

i guess besides the trainees. i've learnt from this camp too. learnt how to properly lead. learnt how to really take responsibility. coz like a whole group of ppl are under ur 'care' and all. you've gotta look out for them at all times. think for them. and everything. haha. even though we aren't supposed to help them at all. its still a basic thing we've gotta do i guess. hahas.
to tell the truth. i dun really know my trainees well. =/. haha. coz i seldom talk to them. thats probably why they find me scary. yeah. me scary?. no way haha. so maybe i din really fufil my job as gi.

hm. hope there'll be a time for the stuff to be said to be raised up.
i think it shldn't go on here.
